Job Description

Proven experience in Front Office Operations within a 3-star or 4-star hotel environment Thorough working knowledge of IDS Next PMS (FortuneNext) — including reservations, check-in/check-out, folio management, and cashiering Hands-on ability to generate and verify all critical reports, including: Daily Sales Report (DSR) Night Audit Reports Occupancy & Forecast Reports Shift-wise Cash Reports GST & Taxation summaries Familiarity with Stayflexi cloud-based automation platform – implementation knowledge preferred Skilled in inventory management, OTA coordination, and rate parity checks Strong coordination with Housekeeping, Banquets, and Accounts for seamless operations Guest-centric approach with the ability to handle escalations, VIP arrivals, and corporate tie-ups Fluent in English and Hindi with excellent written and verbal communication Ability to train and supervise reception staff, manage rosters, and ensure SOP adherence Familiarity with audit processes, night closure procedures, and revenue reconciliation Tech-savvy with expertise in Excel, Email Communication, WhatsApp Business, and basic troubleshooting of hotel IT systems
