As the Front Desk Manager, you will be the first point of contact for parents and visitors, ensuring smooth daily functioning of the preschool branch. This role requires strong organisational skills, warmth in communication, and the ability to manage branch operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Parent Interaction & Communication:

  • Greet and assist parents and visitors warmly at the front desk
  • Address and resolve parent queries on priority by coordinating with teachers, centre heads, and internal teams
  • Maintain clear communication and a positive parent experience

2. Branch Operations & Administration:

  • Stock Management (Inside the Branch): Monitor inventory, track usage, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure timely replenishment
  • Order Management: Prepare branch-wise order lists and place orders with the head office as per requirements
  • Staff Attendance: Maintain attendance records, track leaves, and share reports with the HR/operations team
  • Accounting: Handle basic accounting tasks, maintain expense sheets, and manage fee/payment records where required
  • Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly operational reports for management review

3. Maintenance & Upkeep

  • Building Maintenance: Coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs and upkeep of the centre
  • Ensure best prices and cost-effective solutions for maintenance needs
  • Maintain overall cleanliness, safety, and readiness of the centre at all times

4. Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with teachers, centre heads, operational staff, and head office
  • Support day-to-day coordination to ensure smooth functioning of the branch
  • Help in organising events, meetings, and parent interactions when required

5. Requirements:

  • Proven experience in front desk operations, administration, stock handling, or related roles
  • Strong organisational & multitasking abilities with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and people-handling skills
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and record management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic digital tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (any field)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
