We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain services.
Supervise and coordinate the work of front office staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest feedback and performance metrics.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in front office management within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain services.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is an asset.
