Front Office Manager

About Us:
Hotel Crystal Ganga Heights is a premium hotel located near Har Ki Pauri, Haridwar. We are known for our excellent hospitality, clean and modern facilities, and a strong reputation among tourists and pilgrims. We are looking for a professional Front Office Manager to lead our reception and guest relations team.

Location: NH-58, Near Shankaracharya Chowk, Haridwar

Joining: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the front desk team and ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes
• Handle guest queries, complaints, and VIP requests with professionalism
• Train, schedule, and supervise reception staff
• Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, and other departments for seamless operations
• Maintain reservation systems and ensure proper guest documentation
• Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs and safety protocols
• Manage billing, reporting, and shift summaries accurately

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality or relevant field
• Preferred but not necessary - proven experience in front office operations
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Hands-on experience with IDS Software
• Smart appearance, confident personality, and strong leadership skills
