Job Description

  • Manage and supervise all front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for customers.
  • Attend customer calls, schedule appointments, and manage booking calendars efficiently.
  • Allocate customers to appropriate therapists based on service needs and availability.
  • Maintain daily attendance records of staff and ensure timely reporting.
  • Handle billing, invoice generation, cash management, and maintain daily sales reports.
  • Coordinate with therapists to ensure smooth flow of sessions and minimal waiting time.
  • Resolve customer concerns politely and escalate issues to management when needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information at all times.

Work Conditions

  • Shift: 9:30 AM – 9:00 PM
  • Weekly Off: Any one weekday between Monday–Friday
  • No Sunday leave
  • Should be comfortable with long-hour shifts and customer-facing responsibilities.
