Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Chandigarh for a Front Office Manager. The role involves managing daily front office operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction, and maintaining smooth and efficient administrative processes. The Front Office Manager will also oversee a team of front office staff, handle guest inquiries and complaints, and ensure compliance with company policies and standards to deliver an outstanding experience for all guests.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Office Administration and Front Office operations
Proficiency in Customer Service and a solid track record of ensuring Customer Satisfaction
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to lead and manage teams effectively
Problem-solving skills and a calm, professional demeanor under pressure
Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage
