Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Office Manager for our hotel in Jawai, Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front office operations and a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily front office operations and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process for guests.
Manage front office staff and provide training and support to team members.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations using Opera PMS.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance the guest experience and ensure high standards of service.
Monitor and manage front office budgets and financial reports.

Skills and Qualifications

4-10 years of experience in front office management or related roles in the hospitality industry.
Proficient in Opera Property Management System (PMS) and other hotel management software.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
