Job Description

The Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front office, ensuring excellent guest service and smooth administrative functioning. This role manages front desk staff, coordinates guest check-uin and check-out processes, handles guest concerns, and ensures compliance with company policies and service standards. The Front Office Manager also collaborates with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience, maintains records and reports, and trains staff to deliver high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise front office and reception staff
  • Ensure efficient check-in, check-out, and guest service operations
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally
  • Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations
  • Maintain front office records, schedules, and reports
  • Train, motivate, and evaluate front office staff
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and service standards

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
