Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Executive, located in Kadodara (Surat). The Front Office Executive will be responsible for overseeing front office operations, managing reception services, coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth office functioning. Additional responsibilities include handling visitor management, supervising front office staff, managing schedules, and maintaining effective communication with all departments to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in administration, operational management, and staff supervision.
• Proficiency in handling front office tasks, visitor management, and scheduling.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to maintain a professional demeanor.
• Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
• Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office; familiarity with administrative software is a plus.
• Prior experience in a front office management or administrative role is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is advantageous.
