Job Description

Front Office Executive is responsible for leading a seamless guest experience, managing daily reception operations, and supervising the Front Office Associates. This role ensures high service quality, resolves complex guest issues, and maximizes revenue opportunities at the desk.

Responsibilities

  • Supervision & Shift Management:

    Oversee and supervise the daily shift operations of the Front Desk, ensuring associates adhere to service standards, grooming guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Guest Conflict Resolution:

    Handle and efficiently resolve all elevated

    guest complaints and complex issues

    (e.g., billing disputes, reservation errors) while maintaining guest satisfaction.

  • Check-in/Check-out:

    Ensure efficient and accurate processing of high-volume arrivals and departures, managing room inventory and special requests via the

    Property Management System (PMS)

    .

  • Revenue Generation:

    Proactively drive

    upselling

    efforts (room upgrades, packages) and coach Front Office Associates on selling techniques to maximize the Average Daily Rate (ADR).

  • Cash & Audit:

    Oversee and reconcile daily cash handling, ensuring accurate cashier reports, foreign currency exchange, and supporting the Night Audit process.

  • Communication:

    Act as a key liaison between the Front Office, Housekeeping, and Sales teams to ensure swift communication and coordination of guest needs.
