Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Executive, based in Kochi. The Front Office Executive will manage receptionist duties, handle incoming calls, and ensure proper communication flow within the office. The role also includes responsibilities for delivering excellent customer service, supporting administrative tasks, and maintaining organized front desk functions.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Front Office management and Receptionist duties
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Excellent Interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members effectively
• Ability to multi-task and maintain organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in office software and tools
• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
