Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Reception & Customer Service

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage visitor logs, issue visitor badges, and guide guests to the appropriate departments.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
  • Respond to general inquiries via phone, email, or in person.

2. Administrative Support

  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference rooms.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Assist in preparing reports, letters, and other administrative documents.

3. Coordination & Record Keeping

  • Maintain and update contact lists, visitor records, and office directories.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers (housekeeping, security, maintenance, etc.).
  • Support HR and Admin teams in organizing employee events or onboarding sessions.

4. Other Duties

  • Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.
  • Support management in other administrative and clerical tasks as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
