About Dreamtime Learning Hub:
Dreamtime Learning Hub is an innovative learning space that redefines traditional education with experiential and personalized learning approaches. We are looking for an experienced and organized Admin (Female) to manage day-to-day administrative operations at our Hyderabad Hub.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning of the hub.
Handle front office activities including visitor management and phone/email correspondence.
Maintain attendance, records, and reports of staff and students.
Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and facility teams for smooth operations.
Assist management with scheduling, meetings, and documentation.
Manage inventory, procurement, and stock registers for office and classroom supplies.
Support HR and accounts team in basic documentation and payroll coordination.
Ensure a professional, welcoming, and safe environment within the hub.
Requirements:
Gender: Female candidates only
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in school or educational institution administration preferred.
Education: Graduate in any discipline.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
Working Days & Timings:
Monday to Saturday
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
