Note : Edutech Backgroup mandatory Dreamtime Learning is Hiring: Junior Customer Success / Parent Support Executive – Remote Work Location : Remote/ Hybrid / Hyderabad Working Days : Monday to Saturday (9:45 AM – 6:45 PM) Salary : ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month Positions : 1 Immediate Joiners Required Laptop is Mandatory (BYOD) Role Overview: We're looking for a Junior Customer Success Executive to support parents and students throughout their learning journey. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and a willingness to collaborate with internal teams to deliver a smooth experience.
