Description Client of Cygnus Staffing Solutions a Leading Nutraceutical's Manufacturing Company, looking for a Front Office Executive. at their Corporate Office @ Banjara Hills, Hyderabad Front Office Executive The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting various administrative functions. Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner Manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming Handle appointment scheduling and coordinate meeting room bookings Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation Provide support to other departments as needed Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any field 1-4 years of experience in a front office or customer service role Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Customer-oriented mindset with a pleasant demeanor Basic knowledge of office equipment and administrative procedures.
