C;lient of Cygnus Staffing Solutions a Leading Manufacturing Company Dealing in Nutraceutical Products, looking for Office Executive - Planning & Coordination Job Responsibilities: Coordinate with the purchase department for sourcing materials, obtaining quotes, reviewing technical documents, and placing orders. Manage and track sample requests and ensure timely delivery. >Review and analyse pricing data for accuracy and cost-effectiveness. Liaise with the Quality Control (QC) team to track and follow up on test results for received materials. Key Skills: Willingness to learn the technical knowledge related to herbal extracts and nutraceuticals. Strong organizational skills for preparing and maintaining a database of procurement requisitions. Attention to detail in pricing, sourcing, and documentation. Effective communication skills to coordinate with various departments such as sales, QC, and procurement.
