Production planning, coordination and Ensuring on time deliveries and sharper lead times Issue the PO on time / ensure Inwards are done on time and vendor payment goes on time Support Coordination with QC for Product risk factors discover, preventive measures Midline Inspection and PDI Planning Pre dispatch documents verification and shipping authorisation. Lead time analysis and sharpen the lead times. Cluster level special projects ground level execution
