Role & Responsibilities : Would be responsible for End user Support and Module Enhancement. Assist in preparing approach, test effort / estimate. Own & Manage modules (PP and QM), sub modules for system, integration testing and functional requirement. Create/ design, test cases / test scenarios for testing applications. Will act as prime point of contact for any issues reported in SAP PP and QM Works closely with other IT team members from Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, customer facing. End user Training and enhancing the module productivity, thus enriching utilization. Preferred candidate profile : Strong knowledge in configuration, customization, handling the users and understanding the business requirements by translating the requirements into SAP solutions. The candidate should be possessing strong functional and technical skill in SAP PP and QM modules. Strong knowledge in the interfaces among SD, MM with FICO modules. Be able to work under pressure and manage stressful situations confidently and effectively. Experience with current versions of R3 4.6, 4.7, ECC 5.0, ECC 6.0. Need to be conversant with Material master, Bill of Material, Engineering Change Management. Configure and maintain the relevant SAP S/4HANA components including but not limited to Production Planning, Production Scheduling, Production Orchestration and Execution, Quality Management(including documentation) Support business users in resolving production issues. Qualifications & Experience : Candidate should be a graduate, with excellent communication and presentation skills. 5 Years Functional Experience and Minimum 1 SAP relevant Experience. Role & responsibilities : Greeting arriving Visitors/Clients, helping them navigate through an office, and supplying them with refreshments as they wait. Keeping waiting room & front office area clean and tidy all the time to create a welcoming environment. Receiving, sorting, distributing and dispatching daily mail. Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls. Maintain complete extension list Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office Monitoring daily Inward & Outward courier. Keeping track of inwards couriers and distributing to the respective person. Monitoring coming & outgoing vehicle details like KM used, petrol filling, servicing etc. Allotting shifts / duty to support staff (driver, office boy) Maintaining data of admin invoices & processing for payment. Verifying & Updating support staff expenses in the portal & processing for payment Handling House Keeping & Pantry Department. Maintaining Stationery & first-aid kit.
