Front Office Coordinator

As a Front Desk and Visitor Management personnel, you will be responsible for greeting and managing all visitors, ensuring proper sign-in procedures and providing guidance. Additionally, you will conduct school tours for prospective parents and students, maintain the cleanliness and presentability of the reception area, and arrange refreshments for guests and staff. In the Security and Attendance domain, your duties will include monitoring staff movement, reporting late arrivals, maintaining daily attendance records, and sharing reports as required. For Parent and Public Communication, you will handle phone and in-person inquiries, coordinate parent communications including scheduling appointments with teachers or school leadership. In the Logistics and Distribution area, you will coordinate the distribution of school uniforms and books to students, manage vendor interactions for supplies and services, and assist with student transport coordination. Your role in Administrative Support will involve managing and organizing school-related emails and correspondence, updating student/staff data records, scheduling appointments and meetings for the school office. Regarding ERP and Systems, you will support data entry and reporting using the school's ERP system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of updates in ERP modules relevant to office functions. Lastly, for Student Engagement, you will engage newly admitted students, especially young children, with games or activities during waiting periods.,
