Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain front office cleanliness and ensure reception area is presentable at all times.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
  • Handle courier services, mail distribution, and basic documentation.
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper security procedures are followed.
  • Support HR and Admin departments in employee onboarding or document collection.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors when required.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to other departments.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve basic client or employee concerns efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,511.16 - ₹14,961.16 per month
