Key Responsibilities: Handle and maintain accurate internal data and records (client, customer, support, etc.) Coordinate with the front-end or client-facing team to resolve backend issues. Prepare reports, maintain databases, and assist in documentation. Support order processing, CRM updates, and ticketing systems. Manage internal communication regarding delays, escalations, or queries. Respond to emails, manage backend inquiries, and provide timely updates. Perform quality checks on data and processes to ensure accuracy. Assist in streamlining and automating backend processes where possible.
