Job Description

Position: School Nurse for Primary & Middle School We seek an experienced educator with high expectations, innovation, and creativity. The ideal candidate will: B.Sc. (Nursing) or above from any recognized Nursing College. Relevant training and/or certifications as a Pediatric Nurse Experience in clinical work as a pediatric nurse Good communication skills in English Emotional and mental strength, dedication, and self-motivation Empathy and the ability to relate to children. Ability to assess a child’s needs and provide initial care. Identify changes in children’s symptoms and intervening in emergency situations. Engage in pain management for children . Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate health education and First Aid into the school's broader health and safety strategy. Valued Additional Assets: Administer medications, draw blood, and give childhood vaccinations following appropriate guidelines. Monitor temperature, pulse, breathing, and blood pressure and keep accurate records. Evaluate children for signs and symptoms of abuse. Deal with the anxieties and demands of parents and help families deal with their child’s illness or injury Remain up to date on the latest developments, rules and regulations, drug therapies, equipment and treatment procedures .
