Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Front Office Associate to join our team at DoubleTree Suites By Hilton. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 year of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front office operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.
Maintain accurate records and reports, such as check-in/check-out forms and room assignments.
Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
Handle cash transactions, process payments, and maintain financial records.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to resolve guest complaints and concerns.
Basic knowledge of hotel management systems and software is preferred.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
