Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Front Office Associate to join our team at DoubleTree Suites By Hilton. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 year of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage front office operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, such as check-in/check-out forms and room assignments.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Handle cash transactions, process payments, and maintain financial records.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to resolve guest complaints and concerns.
  • Basic knowledge of hotel management systems and software is preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
