Job Description

KRA1 HRIS Management Maintain and update the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Collaborate with IT and HR teams to implement system enhancements and resolve technical issues. Generate reports and analytics from the HRIS to support HR and business needs. Provide user training and support on HRIS functionality to HR team members and employees. Handling Poornata Data Updating and correction

KRA2 Payroll Administration Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to legal and company policies.
Ensure compliance with payroll regulations, tax requirements, and labor laws. Validate and reconcile payroll data, including timesheets, deductions, and benefits. Address payrollrelated inquiries and resolve discrepancies.

KRA3 Benefits Administration Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, leave management, etc
Manage enrolment processes, eligibility verification, and communication with benefits providers. Coordinate with employees, vendors, and HR teams to resolve benefitrelated issues. Stay updated with changes in benefits regulations and industry best practices.

KRA4 Employee Lifecycle Management Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring completion of required documentation and compliance with policies.
Manage employee records, including personal information, contracts, and performance evaluations. Coordinate employee transfers, promotions, and separations, ensuring accurate processing and adherence to legal requirements. Support employee off boarding procedures, including exit interviews and the retrieval of company assets.

KRA5 Compliance and Policy Adherence Ensure HR operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations and proactively implement necessary updates Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information in compliance with privacy laws and ethical standards. Assist in HR audits and support internal and external compliance reviews KRA6 HR Reporting and Analytics Generate HR reports and analytics to support decisionmaking and provide insights on HR metrics. Compile and analyse data related to employee turnover, headcount, recruitment, and other HR areas. Prepare reports for management, HR leadership, and other stakeholders as needed. Identify trends and recommend improvements based on data analysis.
