Job Description

The Co Ordinator Talent Acquistion manages preliminary phase of the selection process. This includes Talent research through the available mediums , to find and identify potential candidates against Open Positions .
  • 4-7 years of operational effectiveness and support experience within a matrixed professional services environment.
  • Any graduate however MBA will be preferred.
BGV:
  • Employment with WSP India is subject to the successful completion of a background verification ( BGV ) check conducted by a third-party agency appointed by WSP India.
  • Candidates are advised to ensure that all information provided during the recruitment process including documents uploaded is accurate and complete, both to WSP India and its BGV partner .
1. Sourcing: Responsible for identifying and sourcing potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events. You will also be responsible for maintaining a database of potential candidates for future roles.
2. Candidate Screening and Selection: You will be responsible for reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. You will also be involved in assessing candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization.
3. Coordination and Communication: As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process. You will be responsible for scheduling interviews, coordinating interview logistics, and providing timely updates to candidates on their application status.
4. Data Management and Reporting: You will be responsible for maintaining and updating recruitment data, including candidate pipelines, job postings, and recruitment metrics. You will also be responsible for creating reports and analysis on recruitment activities to support decision-making.
5. Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition Strategy: You will play a key role in promoting iCRC as an employer of choice by participating in employer branding initiatives and contributing to the development of the companys talent acquisition strategy

Mandatory Skills

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Adept in sourcing techniques using LinkedIn Naukri
  • Proficient with the entire MS Suite of products.
  • Self Starter Able to achieve results while operating independently.
  • Strong communication skills and possess a team player mindset.

Desired Skills

  • Experience operating within an ATS system, preferably Oracle Recruit Cloud .
