Key Result Areas KRA (Accountabilities) Supporting Actions KRA1 Plant Maintenance Implement all maintenance activities in the plant 1-Follow schedules and timely implement daily maintenance activities in the concerned areas 2-Check and report preventive maintenance, shutdown and predictive maintenance systems for abnormalities and take corrective action for elimination 3-Implement the PM activities as per the schedule under coordination with concerned process plant and feed the data in the system 4- Refer Chronic problems to superiors and concerned for advice and remedial measures 5-Communicate and get organized necessary resources like material & manpower for uninterrupted & timely completion of maintenance jobs 6-Take care of spare part management KRA2 To implement the schedule for routine checking based on the job allocated by the reporting manager and providing the feedback of the same to him. 1-Daily checking of weighing machines & ALCP/ PAC/CP Plant, Reactor’s Temperature, & other troubleshooting work. KRA3 To ensure the implementation of the AMC pertaining to PLC for upkeep of the same. 1-Regularize all the PLC related jobs of CP-New PAC, ALCP, CSF, and complete them during AMC visit. KRA4 Providing the input to reporting manager for proposing the requirement of the P&B. 1-Inform the reporting manager about availability of critical spares and defective instruments. KRA5 Adhering to the safety standards in the respective areas as formulated by the Rules and Regulations Committee of safety standards. 1-Taking PTW before doing a job, & following all the safety standards related with that job. To ensure and implement safe working culture in the department by toolbox talk, on job trainings etc. KRA6 Reports and Documentation: Timely update all documents of the section 1-Timely preparation all relevant reports, MIS and update all systems 2-Ensure update of documents as per ISO and related Assist in getting timely audits done in the section KRA7 Implement the Capex as allocated by the reporting manager for technology improvement/Innovation. 1-Do all the project activities well in time within targeted budget. KRA8 People Development: Maintain a congenial work culture by effective communication with workmen both permanent & contractual 1-Maintain proper communication with workers and contract labour, their shift activities and resource requirements 2-As and when required effectively communicate the management objectives and action plans for implementation.
