Job Description

Job Responsibilities SAP Material Management and Quality Management Good understanding on business processes and hands on experience in SAP MM and QM. Deep experience in leading Processes like Masters, Purchase Order, Goods movements, Invoice receipts, Inventory management, Account assignment, Quality controls, Planning and Inspection. To lead SAP projects by Preparation of project charter with scope, project timeline, effort estimates, governance structure, RACI & success criteria. Support to routine issues in SAP MM, QM & integrated applications Good understating on integrations with various modules i.e., FI, SD, PP, etc. Coordinate services, projects, and plans within domain to ensure priorities are addressed appropriately. Preparation of functional specification and work with ABAP team for development. Business Process Optimization and Best Practices To prepare business requirements for current and future with a view to realizing business benefits. Working very closely with internal and external stake holders for implementing industry best practices for MM and QM Identify process gaps, prepare business case and implement changes. Develop and Demonstrate proof of concepts in new areas. Process standardization across the business units To participate in the SAP audits for closure To Implement SOD, access controls and process controls, SOPs Competency Building Design learning programs for business on SAP best standards and technologies. Lead a community for sharing best practices in usage of tools and technologies that will optimization entire customer experience, logistics and manufacturing process. Show more Show less
