If you have a passion for user-centric design, join us and be a driving force in delivering outstanding user experiences.Job Responsibilities: Seek and incorporate feedback from users and cross-functional teams.Conduct primary and secondary research i.e. end user, industry, domain, and academic.Constantly identify opportunities to optimize the product experience.Create high-quality deliverables for key product decisions. Participate in product discussions, design reviews, and postmortems.Proactively seek out and foster connections across scrum teams to support cohesion and consistency throughout the product development life cycle.Work closely with teams, project managers and engineers to implement versatile solutions. Qualifications: 3 to 4 years of professional design experience as a UX / UI designer, information architect, or a similar UX-related role.Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and presentation skills. Acumen in communicating complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and levels of organization.Portfolio of high-quality work, interaction design skills, jaw-dropping/transformational original ideas.Expertise in the entire UX life cycle, best practices and applicable tools.In-depth experience of working in a collaborative environment with the engineering team for design implementation.A demonstrated history of acquiring and benefiting from user data (e.g., end-user research, behavioral assessment, etc) will be preferable.Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio.Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, AdobeXD, or tools.
