Front End UI Developer

As a Senior UI/UX Designer with over 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for developing technical and business requirements to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Planning and implementing new designs - Optimizing existing user interface designs - Testing for intuitivity and experience - Communicating with clients to understand their business goals and objectives - Combining creativity with an awareness of design elements - Conducting ongoing user research - Translating user behavior and research into actionable data - Creating concepts, wireframes, and mock-ups for intuitive user experiences - Designing and creating mock-ups and user journeys for various devices, including mobile - Strategically creating new features and functionality based on user stories and behavior - Following a rapid design and testing methodology - Clearly communicating research and design ideas to the team and upper management - Leading the UI/UX Team - Mentoring and training the team on new technologies - Demonstrating a go-getter attitude, self-motivation, and energy To excel in this role, you should have experience working on innovative and intuitive websites and mobile apps.
