About the Role

Frontend Developer

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with global teams across
Design, Marketing, Technology, and Architecture
.
Develop, maintain, and enhance
style guides
and
UI component libraries
for worldwide product teams.
Create
prototypes and proof of concepts
using
Figma
for rapid ideation, validation, and user testing.
Ensure compliance with
company standards
,
W3C WCAG accessibility guidelines
, and promote emerging industry best practices.
Contribute to the
Design System practice
by supporting resources, workflows (automated/manual), and documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years
of frontend development experience (Web/Native/PWA).
Proven experience coding large-scale production libraries/applications using
Angular, React, Vue, Svelte, or LIT
.
Expertise in the full lifecycle of modern frontend development:

Coding:
TypeScript, CSS/SASS/LESS
Structuring:
ES Modules
Testing:
Vitest/Jest
with mocking/stubbing
Building/Deploying:
Vite/Webpack

Strong understanding of:

Mobile-first responsive/adaptive design
Software design patterns
Library design
REST APIs
Documentation generators

Hands-on experience with
Figma
design and code features.
Experience using
Storybook.js
for UI library support.
Ability to define and measure
performance budgets
for optimal user experience.
Proficient with
SCM tools
(GitHub, Bitbucket), code reviews, and Agile/Kanban methodologies using
Jira
.
Familiarity with
containers (Docker)
and
CI/CD pipelines
(GitHub Actions, Cloudbees).
Bachelors Degree
in Computer Science, UX Design, Interactive Design, Animation, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Passion for design systems and accessibility.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
