FunnelKit develops SaaS tools for sales and marketing optimisation using React. This Delhi on-site Product Engineering role suits engineers with product thinking.

Role Summary
Own end-to-end features, mentor juniors, drive improvements in a React-focused team.​

Key Responsibilities

• Design reusable components, own features from design to deployment.​
• Mentor via reviews, collaborate cross-functionally, optimize performance.​
• Use AI tools smartly, document decisions, ensure quality with tests.​
• Contribute to strategy and architecture.​

Must-Have Skills

• 2+ years production React: advanced hooks, state management (Redux-Saga), JS mastery, APIs, CSS-in-JS, testing.​
• Code organisation, design patterns, performance mindset, AI workflow (Copilot for productivity).​
• Mentoring, documentation, ownership, product thinking.​

Good-to-Have

• WordPress/Gutenberg, TypeScript, Web Vitals, micro-frontends, design systems, DevOps.​

What Success Looks Like
Months 1-3: Lead features, set best practices.

Months 4-6: Drive improvements, mentor.

Months 7-12: Influence direction, ready for senior/ lead responsibilities.​
