Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites, including theme and plugin customization.
Troubleshoot and fix WordPress technical issues, plugin conflicts, layout bugs, and performance errors.
Build responsive frontend components using HTML, CSS, React.js, and Tailwind CSS.
Convert UI/UX designs into clean, user-friendly, and mobile-responsive web pages.
Update and manage website content, graphics, and overall visual consistency.
Collaborate with design, SEO, and marketing teams to improve user experience and site functionality.
Perform website maintenance tasks such as backups, updates, security checks, and testing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design
Working knowledge of WordPress CMS, themes, plugins, and page builders (Elementor/WPBakery preferred).
Basic to intermediate experience with React.js and Tailwind CSS.
Ability to diagnose and fix WordPress technical issues (bugs, plugin errors, CSS/JS conflicts).
Understanding of website speed optimization, security basics, and SEO fundamental.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and meet project deadlines.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
