Job Description

CandiClie Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate and motivated Front-End Developer Intern for a 6-month structured internship program, divided into two phases: the first three months will be an unpaid learning and performance assessment period, followed by three months of paid internship with a monthly stipend of ₹5,000. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work on real-world projects, improve your development skills, and collaborate with a dynamic team.

During the internship, the intern will be involved in developing user-friendly web interfaces, writing clean and efficient code, and ensuring responsive and engaging user experiences across platforms. The intern will assist in converting UI/UX designs into functional web pages, working closely with designers and back-end developers to ensure seamless integration. They will also take part in debugging, testing, improving existing interfaces, and learning modern development practices followed in a professional environment.

The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular. Familiarity with responsive design, Git/GitHub, APIs, and modern front-end tools will be a strong advantage. A willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership of assigned tasks is essential. Good communication skills, creativity, and the ability to follow deadlines will also be expected.

This internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to development workflows and front-end architecture. Candidates who perform exceptionally well in both phases may also be considered for future roles within the company based on performance and organizational requirements.
