Key Responsibilities

:✅ Greet and welcome guests, artists, and visitors with warmth, efficiency, and professionalism.✅ Manage front desk operations including answering phone calls, handling inquiries, and directing calls or messages to appropriate departments.✅ Maintain the appearance and organization of the reception area.✅ Coordinate visitor access, manage appointments, and ensure security protocols are followed.✅ Support administrative tasks such as courier handling, meeting room scheduling, and internal coordination.✅ Represent a popular brand with grace and confidentiality at all times.💼

Required Qualifications:

☑️ Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably in media, hospitality, or corporate settings.☑️ Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.☑️ Strong interpersonal skills and a well-groomed, polished presence.☑️ Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems and basic office software (MS Office, email platforms).☑️ Ability to multitask, stay composed under pressure, and maintain discretion.☑️ Efficient, punctual, and organized with a client-first mindset.🌟
