Job Title: Receptionist (Front Desk Executive)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients warmly and ensure a professional and pleasant front desk experience.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and walk-ins; provide accurate information about clinic services.
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments using clinic software (e.g., Zenoti, Amoga, or relevant system).
  • Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality in line with company policies.
  • Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and other staff to ensure smooth client flow.
  • Handle billing, payments, and issue receipts/invoices to clients.
  • Manage daily cash and reconciliation reports.
  • Assist in maintaining the reception area’s cleanliness and professional appearance.
  • Support marketing initiatives by informing clients about offers, packages, and follow-ups.
  • Address client queries, concerns, or complaints professionally and escalate when required.
  • Maintain attendance records, daily reports, and assist with administrative tasks as directed.

Requirements:

  • Education:

    Graduate (preferred in Hospitality/Administration/Commerce).
  • Experience:

    1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist/Front Office Executive, preferably in an aesthetic/healthcare/hospitality setup.
  • Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi; knowledge of local language is a plus).
  • Pleasant personality with strong customer service orientation.
  • Proficient in MS Office and clinic management software.
