Front Desk Receptionist

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct phone calls appropriately
• Manage appointments and schedules efficiently
• Perform data entry tasks accurately
• Assist with administrative duties as needed
• Utilize computerized systems for various tasks
• Handle inquiries and provide information to clients or visitors

Qualifications

• Proficient in computerized systems
• Excellent time management skills
• Familiarity with Google Suite and QuickBooks is a plus
• Previous experience as a Dental or Medical Receptionist is advantageous
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Competent in administrative tasks such as data entry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
