Job Description:

We are looking for a smart, well-spoken, and presentable Receptionist to efficiently manage front desk operations and ensure a welcoming environment for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner
• Answer and direct incoming calls to the concerned departments
• Manage visitor records and maintain the front desk logbook
• Handle courier, mail, and office correspondence
• Maintain reception area cleanliness and orderliness
• Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments
• Support basic administrative and documentation work

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Executive
• Good communication in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Presentable personality with positive attitude
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
