Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Executive located in Rajkot. The individual will be responsible for managing receptionist duties, answering phone calls, and providing excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include greeting visitors, ensuring smooth front desk operations, handling inquiries, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed to support the team.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to manage multiple calls efficiently and professionally.
• Competence in handling receptionist duties, including managing front desk operations and greeting visitors.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service and address inquiries effectively.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for clear and professional interactions.
• Proficiency in basic office software and administrative tools is an advantage.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage daily tasks efficiently.
• Prior experience in a front office or customer-facing role is preferred.
