Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rajkot for a Parts Executive. The Parts Executive will be responsible for managing inventory, handling customer inquiries, and processing orders. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring stock levels, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves assisting the sales team with part identification and pricing, as well as ensuring timely delivery of parts to customers.

Qualifications

Experience in Inventory Management and Order Processing
Customer Service and Communication Skills
Knowledge of Construction and Mining Equipment and Parts
Proficiency in using Inventory Management Software and Microsoft Office
Attention to Detail and Strong Organizational Skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial
High School Diploma or equivalent; further education in a related field is a plus
