Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist at our Jalandhar office. The Front Desk Receptionist will handle day-to-day administrative responsibilities, including welcoming visitors, managing phone calls, organizing appointments, and maintaining office records. This role requires excellent organizational and interpersonal skills to ensure efficient communication and a positive experience for every client.

Qualifications

• Strong phone etiquette and receptionist skills to professionally handle incoming and outgoing communications and interactions
• Proficiency in clerical tasks and administrative support, such as record-keeping, appointment scheduling, and document management
• Excellent communication skills, both in verbal and written formats
• Outstanding customer service skills to provide a welcoming and supportive experience for clients
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with email, scheduling software, and office tools
• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
