Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Service Engineer role based in Mata Na Madh & Bhavnagar. The Service Engineer will be responsible for performing troubleshooting tasks, providing field service support, offering technical support, and carrying out maintenance and repair activities. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing equipment issues, conducting on-site repairs, and ensuring effective communication with clients to address their service needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Field Service skills
• Technical Support, Maintenance, and Repair expertise
• Strong communication skills for interaction with clients and team members
• Ability to work independently and effectively in an on-site setting
• Prior experience in the construction or mining equipment industry is a plus
• Relevant technical certification or degree in engineering or a related field
