Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Executive Banking role based in Kolkata. The selected candidate will oversee banking-related activities, including managing daily transactions, preparing and maintaining financial reports, and coordinating with financial institutions. Responsibilities also include monitoring bank reconciliations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting financial planning and budgeting processes. The role requires effective communication and regular interaction with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in banking operations, financial analysis, and transaction management
• Experience in compliance, regulatory requirements, and risk management
• Strong knowledge in accounting principles, reconciliation, and financial reporting
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and financial software
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare key insights
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (required); a Master's degree is a plus
• Previous experience in a banking or financial institution role preferred
