Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner Handle incoming & outgoing calls, take messages, and route calls to concerned departments Maintain visitor records, issue visitor passes, and ensure security protocols Manage front desk area, meeting rooms, and coordinate appointments Handle courier & postal services (dispatch, tracking, and records) Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and data entry Coordinate with HR, Admin, and other departments for day-to-day activities Maintain office stationery and front office supplies Support HR in joining formalities, document collection, and employee coordination Ensure a positive first impression of the organization Required Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) Presentable personality with a professional attitude Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Customer service orientation Ability to handle pressure and manage time effectively
