Front Desk Executive

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Executive to join our team at Destiny HR Group. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and provide top-notch customer service.

• Manage the front desk and reception area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and clients.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and promptly.
• Provide administrative support to the team as needed, including preparing documents and reports.
• Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital, with confidentiality and discretion.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for employees and management.
• Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy access to information.

• Proven experience as a Front Desk Executive or in a similar role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment, with flexibility and adaptability.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
