Job Description

We are looking for a professional and friendly Front Desk Executive to manage front office operations and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently
• Manage visitor entries, appointments, and front desk records
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication
• Maintain front desk decorum and ensure a clean, organized reception area
• Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and report preparation
• Support daily office operations as required

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduation or equivalent qualification
• Hospitality/Aviation certification will be an added advantage
• Previous experience in front desk or customer service preferred but not mandatory
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional attitude, well-groomed appearance, and positive demeanor
