We value professionalism, integrity, and a client-first approach. We are currently seeking a dynamic and well-presented Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for our organization. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests with a positive and professional attitude Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and redirect calls to appropriate departments Maintain front office cleanliness and ensure a welcoming environment Manage appointment scheduling and maintain meeting room availability Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries Assist with administrative tasks like data entry, filing, and basic documentation Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth office operations Maintain visitor records and ensure security protocols are followed Requirements: Proven experience as a Front Desk Executive, Receptionist, or similar role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and a pleasant demeanor Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus Why Join Us?
