: Analyst(HR Separation)
Shift timing:
10 to 7 pm
Location:
Airoli Navi Mumbai
Working mode:
WFO - Monday to Friday
Budget-
20-21 k Per month Inclusive of 10% TDS

Key Responsibilities

• Manage separation workflows including exit formalities, documentation, and system updates.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for clearance, final settlement, and exit interviews.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to company policies and statutory requirements.
• Provide support for HR operational tasks such as data management, reporting, and query resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth process execution and employee experience.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Eligibility:

Graduate in any discipline (HR specialization preferred).
02 years of experience in HR operations or related roles.
