Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage employee data using advanced Excel skills, including HLOOKUP and VLOOKUP functions.
Develop and maintain reports using Power BI to provide insights working along with Payroll/Ops team..
Utilize strong analytical skills to analyze complex data sets and present findings in a clear manner.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality when necessary.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in an HR role or related field (analytics preferred).
Advanced Excel skills, including expertise in creating complex formulas such as HLOOKUP and VLOOKUP.
Proficiency in Power BI for report development and analysis.
Strong understanding of human resource management principles, practices, and regulations.
