Job Description

As a Business Development Executive Trainee, you ll be part of our Global Sales Team driving business growth across international markets. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual looking to start their career in B2B SaaS sales and gain exposure to global HR Tech clients.

Key Responsibilities

Research and identify potential clients across North America, Europe, Middle East, and APAC.

Engage with prospects via email, LinkedIn, and calls to generate qualified leads.

Support the senior sales team in scheduling product demos and managing pipelines.

Understand client requirements and effectively communicate product value propositions.

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM.

Assist in preparing sales presentations and follow-up materials.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Strong interest in SaaS, Global Sales, or HR Tech.

Eagerness to learn sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, and email automation systems.

Detail-oriented, disciplined, and self-motivated to achieve targets.

Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
