Job Description

Job Profile / Responsibilities:

Coordinate with
clients
regarding orders, delivery schedules, and order status
Liaise with
production team
to ensure timely manufacturing as per customer requirements
Coordinate with
dispatch / logistics team
for material dispatch and delivery confirmation
Prepare and process
sales orders, invoices, delivery challans
, and related documentation
Track order execution from order receipt to final dispatch
Follow up with customers for
payment collection
and outstanding receivables
Maintain accurate records of sales orders, dispatch details, and payment status
Communicate customer feedback and requirements to internal teams
Support the sales team with reports, MIS, and coordination activities
Ensure smooth communication between sales, production, dispatch, and accounts departments

Candidate Profile / Eligibility:

Female candidate Fresher
Graduate / BBA / MBA (Sales, Marketing, Operations preferred)
Good communication and coordination skills
Strong follow-up and organizational abilities
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
